After the reset, in Account settings, change your password to something that is secure and isn’t easy to guess.
If resetting doesn’t work and you require help getting back into your account, contact us.
If you lost products on your account
Breached accounts are eligible for a one-time recovery of inventory lost. Note that PoshTrader does not have a feature that allows us to return an account to an earlier state, but we recover what we can. For more information and to get the process started, contact us.
We require notification within 60 days if the account is breached. Unfortunately, if we are not notified within this time, we might not be able to recover the account’s inventory.
